Scented container candle making steps:
1. Prepare the container, calculate the container capacity, and weigh the gram weight of 52 degrees soybean wax and white beeswax according to the capacity;
2. Various wax materials can be melted together in a stainless steel container at a temperature of 60-70 degrees;
3. It can be heated by an electric heating furnace, contained in a stainless steel container, and measured with a thermometer. Note that the low temperature cannot emit smoke, and it cannot exceed 90 degrees. During the melting process, a white steel spoon can be used to stir;
4. After the wax material is melted, add the candle fuel of our store. The ratio of the scented candle dye is about 5/1000, and the ratio of the jelly wax fuel is about 3/10,000;
5. Calculate the amount of fuel according to the weight of the wax material, and then add the fuel to the wax material. If the temperature of the wax material is 70 degrees, there is no need to reheat, and the temperature of the wax material can dissolve the fuel;
6. Add fuel and pay attention to stirring, it can be dissolved in 5-10 seconds, and it can be stirred evenly;
7. If you are making scented candles, you can drop essential oils at this time. The ratio of essential oils is generally between 3% and 5%, and you can stir them evenly;
8. If making glass container candles, it is best to preheat the glass to make the surface more smooth, you can use a heat gun to blow the inner wall of the glass for 5 seconds.
9. Stick the wick on the bottom of the candle wick and stick it to the bottom of the glass, fill it at 60-70, wait for a while, the cotton wick needs to be positioned with the wick holder, but the wooden wick is not needed, pay attention to the center of the wick;
10. After the candle cools down a little, 4-5 holes are made around the wick and then the surface is filled twice to prevent the hollow inside; if the container cup is relatively high, it can be filled twice more;
11. After the candle has cooled, trim the wick to expose 8-12mm of the wax surface, and the candle is finished.
